1997 - Founded with US $1M paid-in capital
1998 - Moved into current location as the first company to manufacture VCSEL in Taiwan.
1999 - Delivered VCSEL-based 100 Mbps transceiver products
2000 - Awarded outstanding VCSEL products in Taiwan
-  Began VCSEL, PIN Chip and TO-can production.
2001 - Delivered VCSEL/PIN for SAN/Ethernet in USA market.

2008 - Expanded into FP/DFB-LD chip manufacturing
