The Board of Directors holds regular meetings and supervises the compliance and sustainable development direction of the company's operations in accordance with the law. TrueLight Corporation held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 30, 2024, and elected the 10th Board of Directors according to the "Procedures for the Election of Directors and Supervisors." The election of directors was conducted using a candidate nomination system and a cumulative voting method. In line with the company's Articles of Incorporation and relevant regulations, independent directors were appointed to implement principles of professionalism and diversity. The 10th Board consists of 7 members, including 3 independent directors, accounting for 42.85% of the total. In the past, all members of the board were male, but this time, 4 female directors were appointed, increasing the number of female members from 0 to 4, demonstrating the company’s commitment to promoting gender diversity on the board and actively incorporating perspectives from external stakeholders to improve management quality.
