Compensation Policy
- Year-end bonuses and employee profit-sharing program.
- Production line staff are additionally entitled to work allowances and performance bonuses.
Employee Welfare Committee
In accordance with applicable laws, the Company has established an Employee Welfare Committee to oversee and administer employee welfare programs. A wide range of benefits is provided, including birthday and Mid-Autumn Festival gift vouchers, marriage gifts, childbirth allowances, bereavement assistance, and hospital visitation (condolence payments).
Retirement Plan
- The Company's retirement system is managed in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. Employees under the previous system have had their benefits fully settled in 2016 through mutual agreement between labor and management, with all retirement funds transferred and completed in the dedicated Bank of Taiwan retirement accounts.
- In accordance with the Labor Pension Act, a defined contribution retirement plan has been in place since July 1, 2005, applicable to employees of Taiwanese nationality. Employees who opt for the Labor Pension system have 6% of their monthly salary contributed each month to their individual accounts with the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
Insurance Programs
- The Company provides labor insurance, national health insurance, and group insurance coverage.
- Regular health check-ups are arranged for all active employees.
Employee Stock Ownership Trust
In March 2025, the Company established the Employee Stock Ownership Trust Committee to manage employee stock ownership trust operations.
Other Benefits
New employees may advance annual leave. Additional benefits include stress-relief massage services, on-site medical consultations, parking spaces for cars and motorcycles, a secure lactation room, and well-equipped fitness facilities and exercise areas.
