Human Rights Policy
The Company is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility by safeguarding the fundamental human rights of employees and all stakeholders. We comply with applicable labor laws and regulations and uphold internationally recognized standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.
We have established this Human Rights Policy to clearly prohibit any form of human rights violations and to ensure that all employees are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
Human Rights Protection Measures
- Human Rights Communication and Training
New Employee Orientation All new employees receive training on regulatory compliance, including the Code of Conduct, human rights, prevention of sexual harassment, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment policies, and grievance mechanisms. Workplace Violence Prevention The Company adopts a zero-tolerance approach to workplace violence. We foster a respectful and inclusive work environment by providing awareness programs and policies addressing unlawful workplace conduct, including sexual harassment prevention and occupational safety regulations. Occupational Safety Training Annual training programs include occupational health and safety, fire safety, emergency response, and first-aid training. Policy Communication The Company has established an Employee Code of Conduct and conducts regular human rights awareness programs and online assessments. Diversity and Equal Opportunity We promote diversity and equal opportunity in employment. Our recruitment and employment policies prohibit discrimination based on race, social status, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, place of origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, disability, or any other non-job-related factors. Prohibition of Child Labor The Company strictly prohibits the use of child labor and complies with local minimum working age regulations. No child labor is employed. Prohibition of Forced Labor We prohibit all forms of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor. All overtime work is voluntary. Freedom of Employment and Association - The Company does not employ forced or involuntary labor.

Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment - Equal treatment is ensured in recruitment, compensation, promotion, and performance evaluation.

Safe and Healthy Work Environment - All workplaces comply with occupational health and safety standards.
Regular safety training, hazard prevention programs, and health protection measures are implemented.
Periodic health examinations are provided in accordance with applicable regulations. - Monthly health-related information is shared with employees.
